Joe is a creative director, cinematic director, and technologist. Fifteen years directing content, cinematics, and pipelines for some of the most demanding franchises in games: GTA V, Red Dead Redemption II, Assassin's Creed Odyssey, Max Payne 3, The Outer Worlds 2, and Reaper Actual.

Former developer at Rockstar Games, Microsoft Xbox Game Studios, Amazon Games, NetEase, Ubisoft, and Distinct Possibility Studios.

His background spans real-time rendering in Unreal Engine, live-action cinematography, AI inference pipelines, LoRA training systems, and virtual production. He speaks the language of a director and the language of an engineer.
